Prince

After the nuclear war the majority of the world became a desert and home of mutants and aberrations.

They called him "Prince" as a scoff but now his name is used to frighten kids who not behave well and adults who lost the notion of danger.

Because of his mutation, Prince needs constantly of water to hydrate his skin. When he can't find water he use the blood of his enemies.
